Casa Maria Cristina is located in the center of Praiano, in the heart
of the Amalfi Coast, halfway between Amalfi and Positano, the
"Lattari" Mountains behind and the Gulf of Salerno in front with a
view up to Capri. 3 bedrooms, including two double bedrooms and one single bedroom (the
double beds can be separated into single beds), living room with sofa bed, kitchen
and 2 bathrooms. Casa Maria Cristina is located on the 3rd and last floor of a
multi-family building built in terraces, as it is typical for the Amalfi
Coast. 90 sqm living area + 35 sqm terrace, on request garden with swimming
pool. Casa Maria Cristina is located near the bus stop, all kinds of shops
and restaurants. There is the possibility of free parking on the roadside starting from
200 m from the house, in the blue pay-parking stripes at 50m. Large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, view towards Positano and
the Sorrento Peninsula with Capri on the horizon. From June to September it
is possible to rent with garden and swimming pool. The vacationhome is equipped with air conditioning and heating, the
kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric
oven, microwave oven, american coffee machine, Italian moka, toaster, washing
machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, safe, board games, books, WIFI
internet connection. A cot is available upon request. |
